Insight

We are all on a unique journey through life, with our own personal and highly individual obstacles and challenges. But when it comes to addiction, somehow we have fallen into the rabbit hole of self destruction,  a place that diminishes our ability to live the life we were born to live. Through looking inside ourselves we are able to gain an understanding of how we got on this path in the first place, and subsequently how we can choose another.

Education

Our bodies and our minds are complex miracles of the natural world, living in an environment that continues to become less and less natural. Through learning how we have come into conflict with ourselves and our surroundings we are able to empower ourselves to use our minds and our bodies as tools to steer ourselves back to being who we really are, and to find the power that we all possess to live a life of purpose and meaning.

Growth

As we begin to understand ourselves and just how lost we became as a result of letting our lives be driven by our lower selves, we suddenly experience a surge of personal growth that opens us to new and fresh ways of thinking and experiencing the world, so much so that we begin to wonder how we could ever have fallen down the rabbit hole in the first place. When we are growing, we become like children seeing life through a lens of new possibilities.

Meaning

The greatest reward of reclaiming ourselves from the demons within is that we get to rebuild our lives. From our relationships with our significant others, our children, extended family, our work and careers, hobbies and interests,  we get to reinvent it all in a way that has meaning for us. In fact, this is the key to ensuring that our addictions no longer have power over us. The door to freedom is through creating a life you truly want to live, and all of us, without exception, have the ability to do this. Sometimes it just takes a little guidance and support.
